MANY TIMES, WHEN WE FACE TRAUMA, WE CAN BECOME MORE IMMUNE TO PAIN THAN OTHERS. WHEN YOU BEGIN TO FIX YOURSELF THAT PART OF YOU THAT LIVED OFF OF PAIN BECOMES UPSET. WHEN SOMETHING IS HUNGRY/STARVED IT GOES AFTER WHAT IT NEEDS. THAT IS NO DIFFERENT FROM SOMEONE WHO NEEDS SOMETHING THAT THEY ARE ADDICTED TOO. TRYING TO TAKE PAIN/TRAUMA AWAY FROM YOUR LIFE COMPLETELY IS LIKE GOING COLD TURKEY.
THIS IS WHEN AND HOW THE MIND STARTS TO SPIRAL OUT OF CONTROL. WHEN THAT HAPPENS, THIS IS WHEN MOST FEEL LIKE THEY ARE LOSING THEIR MIND IN THE MEANTIME.THINK ABOUT THIS "IF YOU DROWNED IN THE WATER AND YOU GOT THROUGH IT, WILL YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO KEEP GOING AND LIVE, OR TURN AROUND AND GO BACK INTO THE WATER TO TRY AND SURVIVE AGAIN?"
